Plants and Gifts
Because our plants are perishables, we do not offer returns. The plant shown is an indication only and may not be the actual plant you receive. We pride ourselves on the highest quality of all our plants so don’t worry – yours will be just as fabulous.
You are solely responsible for ensure you read and understand the description of the product you are purchasing. No refund or credit applies for any misunderstanding arising out of these circumstances.
Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase, you may contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0411076015 so we can discuss.
Should the recipient not be home, we will endevour to call you on the mobile phone number and if you are uncontactable we will deliver the plant the next business day. No refund or credit will be given for the incorrect address being provided on checkout.
If the recipient no longer lives at the address you have nominated, we may charge a re-delivery fee. The amount of the delivery fee is at the discretion of Breathe Green should you choose to not re-send the plant, no refund will be provided.
If the address provided is a business that is closed at time of delivery we can redeliver the plants the next day however, we may charge a re-delivery fee. The amount of the delivery fee is at the discretion of Breathe Green should you choose not to re-send the plant, no refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute gifts and/or products as they are listed on this website. The substitution will be to the same value as the original product, and no cost reduction or refund will be provided in this instance.

Where do you deliver live plants?
We currently deliver from Caloundra to Noosa and west to Beerwah. If your delivery address isn’t in our standard delivery area, we will call you and make another arrangement.

What days do you deliver live plant?
We deliver Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mother’s Day, but we will remind you of this in advance. If you order for delivery on a Saturday or Sunday we will deliver your plant the next business day.
Have a special event on a weekend and really want some gifts? Drop us an email to email@example.com – we may except special orders for weekends with two weeks notice.
Do you have an order deadline for live plants?
We will stop taking orders for same day delivery at 10.30am local time. If you miss the cut off, you’ll be able to place your order to be delivered the next business day.
Can I order for a later date?
Yes. You can purchase a pre-order a plant or gift to be delivered one or more days in advance.
What time will my plant be delivered?
Plant will be delivered to business and residential addresses between 11 am-5.30 pm on the day you request them to be delivered. We are unable to guarantee a smaller delivery window, so please provide a home address if you are uncertain as to whether the recipient will be at work, OR if they will be leaving work early.
