Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery to selected Sunshine Coast suburbs. Delivery fees are calculated during checkout based on your location.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely! Free Click & Collect is available from our Corbould Park location. We’ll contact you when your order is ready and arrange a convenient collection time.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we offer Australia-wide shipping on eligible products. Please note that some large items and selected live plants may only be available for local delivery or pickup.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! Many of our products make beautiful gifts. You can include a personalised gift message during checkout, and we’ll ensure your order is beautifully presented.
Will my plant look exactly like the photo?
Because every plant is unique, there may be slight variations in size, shape and colour. We carefully select healthy, high-quality plants and always choose the best available for your order.
Do you sell artificial plants?
Yes! We offer a carefully curated range of premium artificial plants and trees designed to look incredibly realistic and bring lasting greenery to your home or workspace.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number along with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you create custom gift hampers?
Yes! We’d love to help create a personalised gift. If you’re looking for something special, please contact us and we’ll work with you to create a beautiful custom gift arrangement.
How do I care for my new plant?
Plant care varies depending on the variety. Where applicable, care instructions will be included with your order to help your new plant thrive.
Can I include alcohol in a gift hamper?
Yes. Selected gift hampers include alcoholic beverages and are available for purchase by customers aged 18 years or over.
By purchasing a hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the recipient is also 18 years or older.
Alcoholic gift hampers cannot be left unattended if age verification is required. If no eligible person is available to receive the delivery, an alternative delivery or collection arrangement may be required.
We promote the responsible service and enjoyment of alcohol.
